i dont know this person and i have no desire to offend anyone but... another frickin social networking site? arent we over this yet? now that myspace is essentially pedophiles-r-us? ill check it out to be fair and i may stand corrected but... -
I signed up, cause I always sign up.
What seems to make it different is that it matches based on how you answer questions, and you can answer both on how much you agree and how good of a question you think it is.
So the system should do a pretty good job of matching you up with like minded individuals.
Anyway, you can also add your own questions.
For me, just another login to a site that I'll completely forget about. -

if i thought somehow a website would put me in touch with another person who like shoes that cost more than car payments, hip hop, gabriel garcia marquez and fixed gear bikes id be on it. however it seems many of the people on social networking websites are on there because they arent good at making actual friends (as opposed to virtual ones.) i am in a glass house by the way cause im totally on myspace and friendster not that anyone knows what that is anymore. -

friendster is sooooo yesteryear. like ea, i signed up because i always do. entirely out of curiousity, not a bit for the social networking.
as far as "aren't we over this yet" - i'd bet myspace is one of the top 5/10 websites visited these days. they're doing something "right".
i'm pretty much only posting so i can use one of the smileys.
hearing about all the snow (and reading all the forums) has made me homesick....
