Google "Pinarello F3" and see for yourself. It's not traditionally fixed gear, it is really techy but the bike is so pretty. I would sacrifice the everything else just for the frame.

i absolutely know how to take apart, clean, lube, fix, put back together pretty much anything on a bicycle. and i have most of the weird specialty tools you need to do some of the stuff. one thing i won't do is overhaul a suspension fork. i tried that once in high school and ended up with a giant pool of oil on the work shop floor. not cool.

but yeah, i can teach people how to fix stuff. we'd need some space for working though, which is something i don't have. i'm thinking the vessel office would work nicely. plus, tbr knows how to do stuff too, and he knows how to teach, so we could combine forces.

btw, vans are THE riding shoes. i've been using them for probably 15 years now. everything else is second best. although, if you like to be clipped in, sidi makes awesome stuff.
